“I’ve stayed here many times and each time the staff is always pleasant, property maintains a high level of cleanliness, bar tenders are knowledgeable of drink orders, and rooms are always spacious and with well designed wall art. It is also a family friendly hotel. Directly across the street from the harbor fun! And a small distance from treatments for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply fast food.”

“Staff were exceptionally helpful. Though some wear off room furniture it was clean and comfortable. Even shuttle driver was cheerful and expeditious in getting us from car rental to hotel and hotel to airport next day!”

“After taking the shower, the bathtub was not draining. Call the front desk first time and she did not offer any assistance and she said they were sold out. Waited a few minutes to see whether the bathtub was draining.”

“The good: staff friendly, nice having a full fridge, bed was reasonably comfortable. Wifi has no issues. The bad: -Room was dusty and not very clean. The bathroom trash was not emptied before my visit and there was actual sanitary product waste in there. -The room was incredibly small, it felt like a dorm, the tv was at an angle where I had to move around the furniture to see it from the bed, which is the only place to sit except the dilapidated office chair. It was impossible to watch TV...

“This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. The younger attendants were slow to respond or had to be approached. The employees were generally friendly and were greeting...
